This policy is issued by Golden Consulting Partners LLC, operating as Desert CRM & AI ("DesertCRM," "we," "us"), Phoenix, Arizona.

What we collect

When you submit a form on this website, we collect the information you type into that form — typically your name, email address, company name, and a description of what you need — along with the page you submitted it from, the page you first landed on, the referring site, and any campaign (UTM) parameters in the address. That context tells us which page produced your inquiry so we can respond usefully.

We run privacy-conscious, first-party usage analytics: page views, referrer, device class, clicks, and scroll depth, tied to a temporary per-tab session identifier — no cookies, no cross-site tracking, and the browser "Do Not Track" setting is honored. If a Google Analytics 4 measurement ID is configured for this site, we may also use GA4 with IP anonymization, which likewise respects Do Not Track; GA4 is not active unless an ID is configured. We do not use tracking pixels or sell data to ad networks.

Sensitive information

Please do not submit passwords, credentials, customer personal information, or confidential CRM records through this website's contact forms or chat widget — they are for inquiries, not for transmitting sensitive data. If sensitive information is submitted anyway, we delete it on request; use our contact form to ask.

How we use it

Form submissions are stored in this site's private storage and a notification is sent to our business inbox. We use the information only to respond to your inquiry and, if an engagement begins, to scope and deliver the work you've requested.

We do not sell, share, or license your information to any third party. We do not use it for marketing beyond responding to your specific request.

Hosting & form handling infrastructure

This website is hosted on Railway, behind Cloudflare. Form submissions are stored in Netlify Blobs under this site's account, and the email notification is relayed via Zoho SMTP. Each provider's own privacy policy applies to the infrastructure it operates.

AI Chatbot

This site includes an AI-powered chat widget. When you interact with it, your messages are sent to xAI's Grok API to generate a response. Chat transcripts are stored in Netlify Blobs under this site's account so the conversation can continue across messages, and are forwarded by email to the business inbox for follow-up purposes — the same way a contact form submission is handled.

We do not use chat history for advertising or profiling. If you'd prefer not to chat, every page has a contact form.

Customer CRM data during engagements

This section covers engagement work, separately from the website described above. Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform work is performed inside the customer's own Microsoft tenant, using access the customer provisions and can revoke at any time. We do not copy customer CRM data to our own systems unless a specific deliverable requires it and that export is agreed to in writing beforehand; any such export is deleted after delivery on request.

Retention

Inquiry emails and stored form submissions are retained for as long as the thread is relevant to a potential or active engagement. If you'd like your information removed, use our contact form and we will delete it promptly.
