The same team that builds and runs production web software (see our work) builds small-business sites: mobile-first, click-to-call, instant lead emails, and a care plan that keeps it running. If you run Dynamics 365 or another CRM, leads land there automatically.

Start with a fixed-scope diagnostic. Fix what it finds. Then decide if the environment needs a named senior owner going forward.

Step 1

Health Check

Fixed-scope, 5-business-day diagnostic. Assumes you keep the environment you already own — no reimplementation pitch.

Fixed fee · 5 business days
  • Written findings report & risk register
  • Quick-win list & 90-day roadmap
  • Executive summary & 60-minute debrief

Step 2

Stabilization Sprint

Implements the highest-priority Health Check findings — failed Power Automate flows, security-role cleanup, data-quality fixes, broken integrations, unmanaged customizations.

Fixed price, agreed in writing
  • Fixed price confirmed in writing before work starts
  • Scoped directly from Health Check findings
  • Field Service, licensing & admin cleanup included where relevant

Step 3

Dynamics 365 Support Plans

Senior Dynamics 365 ownership without another full-time hire. Essential, Growth, and Priority tiers scale with your change backlog.

Six ways a Dynamics 365 CE environment goes sideways

Whichever one matches, the path in is the same: a fixed-scope Health Check first. Searching for a Microsoft Dynamics consultant in Phoenix or working remotely from anywhere in the U.S. — the entry point doesn't change.

Project off track

A CE rollout stalled, went over budget, or never delivered what was promised.

Field Service dispatch

Scheduling, dispatch, or resource assignment in Field Service is unreliable.

Fix Field Service dispatch →
Power Automate failing

Flows fail silently, run twice, or nobody trusts the automation anymore.

Fix broken flows →
Security roles / audit

Access has sprawled past what any owner-led team can account for.

Audit security roles →
Duplicate / untrusted data

Duplicate records and stale data mean nobody trusts what's in the system.

Clean up the data →
Copilot readiness

Considering Copilot or AI Builder but unsure the environment is ready.

AI & Copilot, on the platform you already run

Once the environment is stable, Copilot Studio agents on Dataverse and AI Builder in your Power Automate flows are the next step — an extension of Dynamics 365, not a competing generic AI offer.

A fixed price to start. A flat plan to keep it running.

Direct senior delivery, remote — on a website, a diagnostic, or a monthly plan, whichever fits where you're starting from.

1

Start at a fixed price

A website build starts at $650; a Dynamics 365 environment starts with a fixed-scope, 5-business-day Health Check at a fixed fee agreed before we start. No proposal cycle and no hourly billing.

2

We build or fix it

A site gets built or redesigned and launched. A Dynamics 365 environment gets a Stabilization Sprint that implements the highest-priority Health Check findings — priced and confirmed in writing before work starts.

3

A flat monthly plan keeps it running

A website moves onto the $149/month care plan — hosting, SSL, backups, security, and edits. A Dynamics 365 environment moves onto a Support Plan at a flat monthly fee, sized to your environment, for a named senior owner going forward.

Frequently asked questions

Do you do websites or Dynamics 365? +
Both, from the same senior team, on the same model: a fixed price to start, then a flat monthly plan to keep it running. A website build starts at $650, and a Dynamics 365 Health Check is a fixed fee agreed before we start. Which one fits depends on what's broken — your site, or your CE environment.
What does it cost? +
Websites start at $650 to build or $650 to redesign, with a $149/month care plan to run one. Websites have published prices. Dynamics 365 work is quoted as a fixed fee, in writing, after a short intro call — never billed by the hour, and nothing starts without an agreed price.
What does the Dynamics 365 CE Health Check cover, and what does it cost? +
A fixed-scope, 5-business-day diagnostic for a fixed fee agreed before we start: a full environment audit, a written findings report, a prioritized risk register, a quick-win list, a 90-day roadmap, a one-page executive summary, and a 60-minute debrief. The fee is credited in full toward a Dynamics 365 Support Plan started within 30 days.
Do we need a reimplementation? +
No — the Health Check assumes you keep what you own. It's built to find what's broken or underused in your current Dynamics 365 CE environment, not to build a case for ripping it out and starting over.
What's a Stabilization Sprint? +
A fixed-scope project that implements the highest-priority findings from a Health Check — fixing failed Power Automate flows, cleaning up security roles, resolving data-quality problems, repairing broken integrations, or untangling unmanaged customizations. The price is fixed and agreed in writing before work starts.
What are the Dynamics 365 Support Plan tiers? +
Essential (about half a day a week) is for stable environments that need a named senior owner. Growth (about two days a week) is for teams with an active change backlog and automation to maintain. Priority (three or more days a week, limited availability) is for organizations mid-rollout or without an internal admin. All tiers are month-to-month at a flat monthly fee sized to your environment — administration, configuration, security, Power Automate, troubleshooting, enhancements, and reporting are included.
Are you a Microsoft Gold Partner? +
No — and nobody is anymore. Microsoft retired Gold in 2022. Its replacement, the Solutions Partner designation, is scored mostly on how much Microsoft licensing a firm adds and grows. We don't resell licenses, so we have no reason to sell you more of them. What you get instead: senior-led delivery, a fixed fee agreed in writing, and month-to-month support. See what replaced Gold.
We're a Microsoft partner — can DesertCRM deliver under our brand? +
Yes. DesertCRM provides senior Dynamics 365 CE delivery capacity for Microsoft partners and consultancies with a delivery gap — keep the client, keep the brand; DesertCRM provides the CE delivery behind it. Engagements typically start as a small white-label project and expand into reserved recurring capacity.
Is delivery remote, and where are you based? +
All delivery is remote, from Phoenix, AZ, to organizations and Microsoft partners across the U.S. Remote delivery keeps diagnostics and fixes fast without travel overhead.
What platforms and modules do you specialize in? +
Dynamics 365 CE — Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service — plus Dataverse and the Power Platform: Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio. AI and Copilot work is layered onto the environment once it's stable, not sold as a separate generic offer.
How do you handle security and access to our environment? +
Access is scoped to what the engagement requires, and an NDA is available on request before any environment access is granted. See Security & Data Handling for how data and access are handled.
